There are many towers in the world but this is the first Amphibious Tunnel in world ..A well thought and crafted tunnel that can be used both by cars and canoes ..it would Amaze any engineer worth his salt.

1. Underpass tunnels gets flooded everywhere even in developed and advanced countries with superb engineering skills so what's incompetency got to do with anything?


2. Cars are not supposed to go inside the tunnel when flooded so the driver benefited from his own foolishness and stupidity.


3. The only thing i'll blame the gov. for is not putting some kind of flood warning there telling drivers not to drive through when it rains.
