Flamingos in Pot 3 ahead of India 2022 draw 22nd June 2022 The Nigerian Under 17 (U-17) girls (Flamingos) have been ceeded in Pot 3 ahead of India 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup draw. Nigeria, United States of America (USA), France, and China are in Pot 3 and will not face each other based on the ceeding. The Flamingos has qualified for every edition of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup save for the last edition and picked a Qualifying spot from Africa without losing any game. Africa’s other two representatives and debutants, Morocco and Tanzania are in Pot 4 alongside Colombia and Chile. Host, India is in Pot 1 with Japan, Spain, and Germany while Pot 2 houses Mexico, Canada, Brazil, and New Zealand. FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, India 2022 draw will take place on Friday, June 24, 2022, with teams in the same pots avoiding themselves in the group stage.
