1. Must be a graduate of Public Admin., Bus, Admin or any of the Social Sciences or Any discipline(in which case items 2 -3 below must be possessed)

2. Must be a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or have this certification in view.

3. Must have cognate experience of between 3 - 5 years and be able to set up a standard HR dept.

4. Must be of good behaviour.

5. Must be between the age 27 - 35.
