The lady by the name Sylvia has been hawking her flesh to random men in the city of Kisumu.
Kisumu town has been named as one of the worst town to live thanks to high level of citizens living with the HIV virus.
Further, the culture of inheriting wives has increased the number of victims living with the disease.
