Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and cook individual local, Asian and Chinese and other Oriental dishes and foods.
Plan menus.
Ensures quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
Ensures that all food is creatively and attractively presented at all times.
Work with minimal supervision.
Inspects kitchens and food service areas.
Trains staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
Orders supplies and equipment. Supervises kitchen staff and helpers.
Maintains inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Organizes and manage buffets and banquets.
Manage kitchen operations.
Additional duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned as required.
