Tyga who suddenly fell ill when questioned about his finances earlier this week was back to his old self Friday, showing off a Patek Philippe watch while sidled up to two others also wearing the high-end timepieces.

The Geneva-based watch company, a staple since 1839, caters to the ultra-wealthy, as its high-end models sell for more than six figures in some cases.

The extravagant display seemingly marks a 180 degree turnaround for the Rack City rapper.

He fell ill Tuesday during a hearing in his ongoing case with celeb jeweler Jason Arasheben’s shop Jason of Beverly Hills over a $200,000 debt, over a pricey watch and chain.

The 26-year-old, as first reported by TMZ, answered questions from Boris Treyzon, the lawyer for the Wilshire Boulevard jeweler, about how much he makes and owns.
But when Treyzon asked the the Deuces rapper about the expensive presents he’s given to his 19-year-old girlfriend – many of which have been flaunted on both of their social media accounts – Tyga began acting disoriented, confused and sick, and asked to end the hearing.
