What view is compatible? One that sees real moral obligation as grounded in its Creator, that sees moral obligation as rooted in the fact that we have been created with a purpose and for an end. We may call this view, with deliberate generality, "the religious view." But however general the view, reflection on the fact of moral obligation does seem to confirm it.

Have you suddenly lost ability to read English?
When you recover, you can get down with what you're up to.

sigh!

You said you believe in evil based on the literal english dictionary but you do realise that there are various english dictionaries out there so I want to know your own english dictionary definition. We are learning...at least you wish to educate me so how can a student learn when his teacher is volatile? That would make you a terrible teacher.

my good brother when will you learn, for example we use algebra and algebra was invented by an arabian or rather middle Eastern scientist, you come here on nairaland a forum owned by an atheist, you use a Windows or apple laptops designed by atheists , you have a Facebook account founded by an atheist, so what do you gain by spreading division among humanity, rather we atheists want a United human nation not one divided by religion or ethnicity,

for your info the word god appears only once in American constitution. even if these countries you talk about a good number of them do not mix religion with politics is it america, uk, germany, russia, etc and so on.

we atheists want our own right the same way you have your own right to preach and criticize other belief systems
To continue the same line of argument as STEPHENMORRIS,

1) Gay men want the freedom to marry in church.

2) Pedophiles want the freedom to have sex with children.

3) Rapist want the freedom to forcefully have sex with anyone they want.

4) Criminals are angry that society make a bug fuss about their way of life.

5) Drug users want the same rights atheists claim for themselves.

6) Gay women demand the right to marry in church and raise other peoples children as their own.

7) Women demand the right to (abort) kill their unborn children

cool Fake pastors, believe they have the right to pastor a church without spiritual anointing.

9) Atheist, STEPHENMORRIS want one united human race because Nairaland is owned by Atheists.
