I really think with all this news naija isn't in recession!!!! The bulk of illegal monies acquired are just sitting idle so nothing is moving. Under thge last administration the monies were working because stealing wasn't corruption!!!! PMB should just come out and say :: stealing isn't corruption and see how much will flow into our system!!! Do we know how many people have got monies stacked like this in their farms, soakaway and underground . Oil money is like drug money!! My advice for this administration is simple : put systems in place that will stop further rot to our already decayed system.
