sometimes i wonder if atheism reduces the brain's capacity to function well

one reason i laugh at atheists is this mentality

i found contradictions in the bible
i did a lot of research
i found out through biased research of the bible and some other articles that the Christian God is false
therefore since the Christian God is false, then no god exists.
now i will look for research information stating that all we see today came from soup.. I'll reject all evidence whatsoever of a creator.. a creator can't exist because i found the Christian god(only) to be a lie.
no matter whatever rational points you bring forth, i won't still accept
i will now stay awake till 3 am in the morning attacking a god i don't believe exists

the above is very typical of most(not all) nairaland atheists

And what do you mean by "our Jesus"? Shouldn't you have corrected her for committing such error? Or did you forget that Jesus, allegedly, died for the entire human race, therefore making him everyone's Jesus?

How can Christ be her's when she has openly denied Him? Even Jesus denies people;

Mathew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Lesson here being, Jesus is not desperate for friends.

Oh yes i am one and gladly too. However irritated is not the right word. More like disgusted! Urheme himself would put you in your place. Afterall he used to be one of yours wasnt he? You lost him so i guess you are the one pained!

She never deconverted Seun. She said with her own mouth that she was not a Christian to begin with. Perhaps you should have asked her for her reasons for jumping on your bandwagon as deconverting is a bit far fetched.

Well i do not see you being mentioned on this thread sha to warrant a high profile attention such as this but i recall you being mentioned like 5 to 7 times alone on Otems thread of doctor Belarus and i do not think you have honoured your mentions there sha.

Anyway first few comments showed her identity and predicament so its cut and dry really. She never jumped ship! She was already a deck hand.
