I have considered your two questions(topics) i cant make-up any thing from them that qualifies it to be a on political section.
Also from the lil i understood i will have to ask, when does stresses become a craterial or major determinant for a president to resign or not to resign?
Even our dear president we all know he is not only stressed out, but seriousely sick has not resigned yet, there you are asking if Obama should resign, jst becoz you think he is stressed out.
