I think the news is captioned that way by the mischief makers for their mischievous intent. However, it will interest those same mischief makers to know that this was still discovered under PMB. He constituted the committee but did not give them ticket to be corrupt while carrying out the assigned responsibility and this discovery has more than explained that. Unlike the most corrupt administration in which huge amounts of money were being misappropriated without any single discovery.
