11. BY CIRCULAR DEGREES, MODERN PREACHERS REMAIN SPIRITUALLY INEFFECTIVE AND DEFEATED. A SPIRITUAL DECREE IN YOUR MOUTH IS BETTER THAN A DEGREE IN YOUR HAND.

12. HE THAT LABOURS IS TEMPTED BY ONE DEVIL WANTING TO STOP HIM FROM LABOURING, BUT HE THAT LABOURS NOT AT ALL IS TEMPTED BY A THOUSAND DEVILS WANTING TO DESTROY HIM.
