He married a woman young enough to be his daughter ,his friend's daughter to be precise against strong objections from her father.

In the end he died abroad after a long illness amid rumors of his wife's infidelity to Yoloba men. He was devastated by the scandals

Really true. We Igbos are not bitter at Ojukwu for leading us in a battle for freedom, it is a Yoruba man who Ojukwu did not lead that is bitter at Ojukwu. Why?
