Please I need clarification on an issue; My friend scored 10 in post ume, Is there any chance of her gaining admission? This question is because of the rumour that I heard that one must get at least 40% in the post ume to be considered for admission. 40% here is 12.

wait till the official cut off is released and don't fall victim to any scammer by paying any money. nobody, i repeat nobody can help you upgrade anything after results have been released

Wait for the official cut off mark. Don't fall prey of scammers in your bid to get "reliable connection".
If you are defrauded, you can't report to anyone.�
