there is only ONE thing to do, and thats to leave her and hope for the best.
this woman doesnt love him anymore and she has found someone to replace him. tell your cuz to sit her down, talk to her and accept that she should go on with her life.
let them divorce and move on with their separate lives.
no need for someone to be with a partner who doesnt care about them.
the children shouldnt be the reason to stay with someone, better have 2 HAPPY separated parents than 2 unhappy living together ones.

She seems very perfect with her actions cos if he conronts her, she is sure to deny or probably say , the guy is married, evidence is not documented or is there an agency dat can catch cheaters here in the u.k or do we get the police involved?, Catching them redhanded can only be the best form of confrontation in this case.
My cuz cld not get himself to believe it himself, hw much more pple dat think she is a virtious christian woman, some pple can be very evil and certainly cld be found in the most decent places.
He was actually hinted by someone and he followed it up to confirm his fears, apparently the guy's wife in naija has been undergoing seriuos abuse becos of this woman's actions,

He knows, but kindly take the details into account, how does he prove it to pple? cos he overheard them discussing on phone dat they wld deny it he ever gets to suspect, (remember this guy is akso married, he can base his excuse on dat) hence he wants to catch them with the help of police or who?

proving it to a judge is the only thing your cuz should worry about. other people are UNIMPORTANT.
your cuz should worry about his children and nothing else. makeçing sure that they are safe and sound and that all will be good in the future if he and his cheating bride divorce.

do you really think the police have time to waste to catch cheating spouse?! they have way better things to do on their hands(get donoughts etc?
