Nairalanders, I have a neighbour that want to set up an account with GT Bank and she was ask to provide bvn and that you will need national ID Card/driver's license etc and she does not have any.

I tire for her matter when we get to where she will do her national ID Card then I realize she does not have any education credential cos she no get any form of education.

She get birth certificate but name different from the name used in creating the bank account cos she is married now.

What can be done about her case?

i think she would need to present a marriage certificate,evidence of change of name-newspaper evidence,maybe a court affidavit....to cut d long story short, d officials for d national id card registration shud tell her how to go about it.
