I felt naija had a good team out there - the idea was to cover that defence but it just failes woefully & mikel as the creative man in m/f, didn't do well enough. 1st and foremost for Amodu/Amokachi is to find a way to address our defensive frailities - stop the opposition scoring, even if we have to resort to Chelski-like approach of gidigbo, then build from there. our attackers are good, strong and skillful and will always fashion out openings but that defense/defensive midfield areas have to be sorted out first! |

Most African teams play positive mobile football. It is painful to watch our team, personified by Mikel, playing collect ball-shake yansh small-pass back to defender/goalkeeper. |

JNdupu: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() LOL!!! What Chelsea did to Mikel, ehn ![]() The Mikel that burst onto the footballing scene from Lyn, Oslo is different from this Chelsea branded Mikel. No skill, no verve and no vision. Its hard to believe that a few years ago this same guy could have won the MVP if not for the footballing freak known as Messi. |
