To abate the incidence of extrajudicial killings and ouright murder. Most policemen should use tasers. Only Å. Few should have guns and should use dud bullets ( they hurt just as much) and if you use real bullets then you must accounnt for it in detail or get dismissed. All persons killed by the police must have an autopsy done and all bodies released to families.

I don't really blame the police its the people who should make and uphold the law that I fault. What laws have our senators passed, what is happening with the security vote? Are the judges meting out maximum punishment For this offenders. Are they also punishing superior officers ( public office).
Yes there is something very wrong with policemen killing citizens but are guards against this happening ? NO!
