There's no way we will make meaningful progress if we fail to start doing things rightly, it is common knowledge that USD is available for all legitimate purposes as stated by the CBN, but we are used to cutting corners, go to your bank and drop your BVN and state the purpose for which you need this almighty USD and see if you won't get the allocated sum.
