I was reading a story in Vanguard newspaper about how the forex policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) affects Nigerian students in diaspora. Then I got to where 11 different rates of the naira to the US Dollar were listed;


"The different Naira/Dollars exchange rates in Nigeria as at February 21, 2017 are as follows; 1. Pilgrims rate N197/$
2. PPPRA Model rate N285/$
3. Budget 2017 rate 305/$
4. Interbank rate N315/$
5. International bank rate N319/$
6. Travelex rate N345/$
7. Special funds airlines N355/$
8. Western Union rate N375/$
9. School fees/BTA N378/$
10. Bureaux de change N380/$
11. Black market N520/$

I don't think there is any country in this world that has so many exchange rates to the US Dollar.
