PatternMaking Home Tutor For Abuja Residents

Based on popular demand, We at LearnFashionEasy have created a program to help fashion enthusiasts understand the basic principles of pattern drafting at the comfort of their home (within Abuja Metropolis)

This is NOT A SEWING CLASS but basically a pattern drafting class for BEGINNERS.

No prior Pattern Drafting knowledge is required. The student should have a basic sewing skill (Joining of fabric with the sewing machine) as the final projects would be made into garments.

Requirements:
The students would make available the following before classes start:

- A Flat Surface (eg..Table) for drafting the patterns
- Pattern Papers
- Well sharpened pencils
- Transparent Long Rulers (cm and Inches)
- Eraser
- French Curve
- Calculator

The program will run for 6 Weeks (6 hours Weekly)

- Introduction to Pattern Making
- Taking Measurements Accurately
- Drafting the Basic Skirt Block
- Circle Skirts and its Varieties
- Pencil Skirt
- Flared Skirt
- A Line Skirt
- Gored Skirt
- Drafting the Basic Bodice Block
- Drafting the Dress Pattern
- Dart Manipulation Techniques on the Bodice
- Drafting The Sleeves Block
- Sleeves Varieties
- Simple Collar Pattern

Fees - N45,000 (60% of which to be paid before classes commence and the balance must be paid by the second week)

This is majorly a practical class. There will be NO HOARDING of Information. All your questions will be answered and dealt with.
