Why would u locate a dam in a landlock area accompanied with high temperature. Small time now them go dey complain say water dey dry thats why power drop. Why not build a solar power farm across the North since what u have in abundance is sunlight which is about 10-11 months in a year. In fact the north should be having 24hr power supply with the level of sun wey dey that area.

Your Dams are best located in the middle belt or south where there is abundance of rainfalls, several rivers an streams. Your best location should be the confluence town of lokoja where the two rivers meet which can never experience dryness cos of the two sources. Awon alainironu, kaduna refinery no dey teach una, drill oil for south and pay humongous amount to pump and secure the pipelines.
