Is this how umidigi global store is treating customers? I have placed my order for umidigi A1 Pro, it has not been shipped after 3 days. I asked the seller when is he going to ship it, no reply, 2 days later I ask again whether the phone is on presale, yet no reply again. It is over a week now it has not been shipped and all my five messages are not replied.

When I bought same device, it shipped after 2 weeks. If you don't want order again, cancel it......
