From the notification panel press the settings icon beside it to take you to be app info in main Settings--- force stop it and disable it. That's what I did with my power 3 now it's gone

Oga Lexus i noticed my F2 mouth piece is not working anymore ... my mom called me yesterday and she couldn't hear me ..we initially tut it was network and I did not notice on time cos i do use Bluetooth to receive calls mostly...but it happened tonight again,, momsy called and couldn't hear my voice... so i called my wife in my presence to confirm if truly it's the mouth piece... and it is indeed... what should I do? go fix it or what?...

Restart the phone, it will be fine.
