Appart from the fact that this screen is scarce in the market, the price is on the high side – 38k, at least.

My advice: gather money and buy another phone. But if you think you can afford it, then go for it. Am available to help you procure it.

My charger blew and it affected my Umidigi A7S, now the phone can't power on(battery was completely dead) and its not charging. How do I get it fixed?

Try another charger and change the charging board .

The board is 5k, you need to find a way to boost the battery first to confirm nothing is wrong with the device

Is it something that's readily available in the market and the charging board, is it a component that will need soldering to replace?

No soldering at all, just a star screw driver

Open the back cover, unscrew the bottom, replace the charging board and screw it back, put back the back cover
