don't do it O! my own fast charge is like 2hr + after the Update, I understand that they are trying to save our device from dieing, but I really miss my very fast charge
and na the fast charge I bin dey like.

just don't over-charge your device or charge it throughout the night.

Baba visit the Nokia thread and read reviews, then read the reviews here and over the web. Make ur own choice, and stand by it. I have used at least 3 well known phone brands over the last 4years, my present Umidigi Trump's them all. However people are free to make whatever choices they like.

Note theres also a thread bashig Umidigi, go thru it too, and rationally scan the complaints on that one.

Umidigi is not the best phone there is I would say. But for those who believe in movement, standing out and making a statement against so called gaints who seek to poke a hole in people's pocket, the Umidigi redefines everything. 2 weeks using my deivice, and it's nothing but gratitude.

Well The Nokia X5 is much more better than the Umidigi One, One pro,that is in all areas except ram, rom and the Glo 4G bands.
So unless you're after More ram and rom and also the Glo 4G.
Get the Umidigi one pro,if not the Nokia X5 is a better buy

If you're after battery, Camera, And Performance the X5 /5.1 plus would serve you better..

The X5 beats the One, One pro....in a lot of areas.
But the Umidigi smartphone that can easily beat the X5 is the Umidigi F1.
same processor with the X5 but not underclocked.
Mad battery mad Ram and rom.
And according to the reviews I've watched the camera is better on the F1 but Bokeh is better on the X5 /5.1 plus.
If i were to advice someone its either u get the X5 or add money and get the Umidigi F1

depending on the way u use it The Charging port won't get spoilt.
I have people here who have been Using the X5 and other also 5.1 plus for months now without that issue
And incase the charging port gets spoilt,it can be fixed for just under 5k and its free if you get the 5. 1 plus.

UMIDIGI Phones are machines!They are ruggedly smooth to use. I'm enjoying every moment I hold the phone in my hands. Watch movies with it an the sound will wow you! @Lexusgs430, please host another get-together for the UMIFAM. The time of the last one wasn't too comfy considering the political situation then, let's have it!

Like i said i have people who have used the phone for months without that issue.
I'm the type that doesn't use and charge a phone at the same time so I'm free from such.
But if you're to be gaming or using the phone frequently while charging then expect the charging port to get weaken

The very modest entry level beast A3 pro. I bought A3 also for my boy, and he's still thankful. Go for F1 play if u are a gadget person. But the most I do with phones is Emails, calls, N/L, whatsapp and FB, and my A3 pro handles those.

I'm grateful, I gat the gist now
