when buying a second hand car from someone,what and what car documents should one be on the look out for,also what and what need to be done as in transfer of ownership.

I- Most importantly,the PROOF OF OWNERSHIP (authentic one not Oluwole);
II- Evidence of purchase i.e Receipt from a car dealer/import duty documents (including BILL OF LADING)
III- Car Sale Agreement;indicating owner/buyers address,duly signed by both parties and witnesses;
IV- Vehicle registration documents {Insurance,MOT,CMR etc} and
any other valuable document, it all depends shaaaaaa.
