But the allies gained an advantage over their political rivals (and are running the respective govts). MEND might only be seeking an advantage. |

Beaf: Oniovo, this is what I am saying. The man's hands are not clean but yet people are swallowing his cock and bull story. These are the people funding these fundamentalist groups in this country. |

Beaf: SapeleGuy: beaf & sapeleguy, you guys should be deeply ashamed of yourselves for continuously blaming everything on northerners. Both of you are typically objective but I am very disappointed at your utterances regarding the recent act of terror against the USA. According to CNN and reports coming out of the white house, terror suspect Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab's father talked about his son with the CIA wherein he gave the CIA his son's passport number and told the CIA that he believes that his son is mixed up with extremists in Yemen! He had several meetings with US officials at the US embassy in Abuja on several occasions thereafter. Despite these facts you people continue to try to associate Farouk's action with some evil cabal based in Katsina! How intellectually dishonest of you? I'm afraid, you people are tribalists and are the real extremists. Shame on you. By the way, who the heck is named Oniovo, what an ugly name. |

ndu_chucks: Damn! You have expressed the exact reason why the young Mutallab went grossly wrong. |

MEND is keeping it real. When Southerners learn to grow some balls we will be liberated. |

@poster bone dat ting! MEND are speaking the hearts and minds of most Nigerians without fear of being termed ''politically incorrect''. If you look at the wordings of the press release they are stating the obvious. 1.There have been more killings from religous clashes in the north than the deaths in the N.Delta ten times over but there is hardly any long term task force designed to deal with it in the north. 2. MEND and all its operation thunderbolt and all that is small fry compared to the threat posed by Islamic fundamentalists in the north |

joeyfire:That's why we have to support MEND and thank them for the good work they are doing. |
