President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua is set to sign the 2009 Supplementary Appropriation Bill on his bed at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he is recuperating.

This may have ended suggestions that the President will write to the National Assembly to allow the Vice-President to assume the position of Acting President.

Indeed, at the weekend, the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Michael Aondoakaa said the outgoing Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Idris Kutigi, will this week swear in his successor, Justice Aloysius Iyorgyer Katsina-Alu. Kutigi is due for retirement on December 31.

I said it, we wont be surprised having a mad man as a president. The same president whom Dr. diagnosed as being mentally ill is to sign a supplementary budget. How are we even sure, he is the one to sign the budget and not president Turai.

that better, all the ministers should relocate to his bed side too, after all AGF said he can rule from anywhere.

I thought IBB was the worst thing to happen to Nigeria.

Then came Abacha.

I thought Obasanjo was the next worst thing to happen to Nigeria.

Then came Yaradua.

How the hell Nigeria ended up with such a ridiculous situation?

We know for sure, they will forge his signature as the man is already dead-alive.
