@Kushe thank you very very much. Some times the devil helps some people's children, pray for your own and stop blaming it on them being rich. I believe Nigerian children are even getting worse than African children with their parents abroad. The money is a small fraction of what was going on in his mind. Lets dwell on the real issue as some have already been stating. |

if dr mutallab's wealth is to blame for farouq's maladventeure well the following have been levelled against poverty 1] the existence of all the area boys and agberos in lagos 2]that girl in a strange man's bed somewhere in lagos or abuja as i type becos of moneey 3]the armed robber who raped a gorgeous new bride and shot her husband as she watched 4]that almost infantile boy knocked down by a danfo bus last week while hawking gala in lagos 5]the man who wathced his wife die of a diabetic leg ulcer cos the poor people told him it was witchcraft 6] 100 living souls in a tenement bungalow all sharing a toilet and bathroom 7]the thieving politician with the scarcity mentality and hence the need to amass for his great grand children 8]all the hardened criminals in jail the list is endless ,so would you rather have a rare case of a farouq or the everyday misbehaving offsprings of poverty |

U.S. Terror Watch List Surpasses 900,000 Names, ACLU Estimates - UPDATED The government’s centralized terrorist watch list passed the 900,000 name mark this month, according to the ACLU, which estimated the new total by relying on Congressional testimony from the fall that the sprawling list was growing by 20,000 names a month. The report the ACLU relied on to create its Watch List Counter included the following chart demonstrating the clear growth trajectory of the nation’s centralized watch lists over the last several years. The Terrorist Screening Center runs the list, accepting nominations of new names from a large range of government agencies. Agencies use the watch list to check persons seeking visas, traveler entering or leaving the country, domestic airline passengers and persons stopped by state, local or federal law enforcement. Most of the positive matches on the list came from police routinely checking persons, such as speeding motorists, according to the Government Accountability Office’s report (.pdf). The number of individuals on the list is likely significantly less than 900,000, since the name count includes aliases. Persons on the list are coded with varying suspected threat levels, so simply being on the watch list doesn’t mean one will be arrested when say a person on the list pulled over for speeding. In fact, being on list isn’t even enough to ensure that a person is denied a visa or entry into the country, according to the report. The Transportation Security Agency exports two subsets of the list — the no-fly and selectee lists — which airlines use to decide who can get a boarding pass and who has to get hand-searched. The TSA continues to work on a much-delayed project now known as Secure Flight that would have the TSA perform the name checks in advance of a domestic flight, in an effort to reduce the number of falsely flagged travelers. Those affected over the last 7 years include many David Nelsons, a high-ranking nun, and federal employees with security clearances. If the ACLU’s math is correct, the list should pass the million name mark sometime in early July. UPDATE: Terrorist Screening Center spokesman Chad Kolton dropped a long response in the comments, saying that the list is useful, contains actually more like 300,000 people due to aliases and that only some 5 percent — approximately 15,000, are U.S. persons. [T]he Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) is now the world’s most comprehensive and, importantly, widely-shared list of known and suspected terrorists. The names it includes are there because of credible information developed by our intelligence and law enforcement agencies, or those of our foreign partners. While the vast majority of people in it likely will never attempt to enter the United States, the TSDB gives our allies, consular officers, airlines, and border screening agencies the ability to make an informed decision about granting admission to the U.S. [, ] We work hard to ensure that the list remains effective even as it grows. The government does its best to populate the TSDB with the identities of only those who are known or appropriately suspected of being involved in terrorism. In addition, TSC employees constantly review the database to remove the identities of those who have been cleared of any suspicion of engaging in terrorist activity. During fiscal year 2007 alone, TSC employees removed over 100,000 records from the database of individuals that had been cleared of having any nexus to terrorism. [, ] This list helps protect Americans. We’re always at work to do it in the most effective, least intrusive way we can, adhering to our important Constitutional principles in the process. THREAT LEVEL confirmed that this was Kolton, and sent some further questions about the list and its operations to him. Due to some very reasonable extenuating circumstances, Kolton can’t immediately answer, but THREAT LEVEL will bring you more in 10 days or so. http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2008/02/us-terror-watch/ |

Another Religious Riot Claims 38 Lives in Bauchi From Segun Awofadeji in Bauchi and Yemi Akinsuyi in Abuja, 12.29.2009 Another religious crisis erupted in Bauchi State in the early hours of yesterday, leaving 38 persons dead, including a soldier and four children. A number of houses were torched with many people sustaining various degrees of injuries in the incident that caught the residents of the Bauchi metropolis unawares. Hell was let loose in the early hours of the day when an religious sect known as ‘kala-kato’ believed to be an offshoot of the notorious Maitatsine went on the rampage in Zango, a suburb of Bauchi metropolis, demanding the release of its leader claimed to have been arrested by the authorities. The leader of the group, simply identified as Mallam Badamasi, has been confirmed killed by police authorities. Also killed, according to unconfirmed reports, was a soldier from the 33 Field Artillery Brigade, Bauchi, who was drafted to the troubled area alongside other security operatives while the four children were burnt when their parents' house was set ablaze by the rampaging members of the sect who are mainly children between the ages 10 and 15, backed by adult members of the sect. One of the neighbours of the sect said they sensed trouble early morning when the preacher of the sect embarked on a sermon insulting other Muslim sects, calling them infidels as long as they do not belong to their own sect, Kala-kato. According to Kamal Adamu, a resident of the area who spoke to newsmen in Hausa: “I live at the Zango main road but this street is called Saidawa. I was at the open preaching of the sect yesterday night (Sunday) and this morning (Monday) when the preacher questioned the rationale behind the killing of the dreaded Boko Haram members when all the sect was preaching against is reality.” He added that one of the listeners challenged the preacher "and he was dealt with there and then", while another who called on the people to leave the place of the preaching was killed instantly. "Before we knew what was happening, the sect members had taken to the streets burning down people's houses and maiming others. It is very unfortunate happening again in Bauchi,” he said. When contacted, the Bauchi State Police Command PPRO, Malam Mohammed Barau, confirmed the incident, saying that as soon as the command got security reports, it deployed a combine team of regular policemen and riot policemen to the area to maintain law and order, adding that as at the time of this report the command was still awaiting situation report from those on the field. The PPRO however said that the Police Commissioner, Atiku Yusuf Kafur, was not ready to comment as he was awaiting directives from the Police Headquarters in Abuja. This is the third religious crisis in the state this year, coming after the Boko Haram crisis which led to the deaths of thousands in Northern Nigeria. Meanwhile, the riot has died down, according to the police. Speaking in his office yesterday on the situation at one of the most troubled northern states, Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), Mr. Emmanuel Ojukwu, said normalcy had since returned to the state capital. Although the FPRO did not give the number of casualities, the police image maker said more riot policemen had been drafted to the city and its environs to forestall peace and security. http://www.thisdayonline.com/nview.php?id=162955 & |

those who live by gun die by gun. most rich nigerians have killed many poor people in their pursuit of personal interests. in the north, the rich alhajis send their wards abroad while they send the poor ppl into the streets for riots where lives are wasted. at the end of the day, the blood of the dead poor must have come back for revenge. such action cannot be ordinary so let us wait and see what next. it is obvious that killers can run but cannot hide. |

THE FATHER OF THE BOY IN QUESTION NEVER COMPLAINED TO US EMBASSY ABOUT ANY THING SECURITY PERTAINING TO AMERICA BUT WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HIS SON WHERE ABOUT OKAY READ THAT IN QUOTE "Faruk had left Nigeria earlier this year to study for a Masters degree in Dubai, but two months ago, he left Dubai for Yemen, saying he wanted to improve his Arabic. But once there, he called family members to say he didn't want any links with them again and then switched off the phone and destroyed the SIM card. It was at that point that Mutallab Senior informed American Embassy officials in Abuja that his son presented a security risk. The family did not even know that Faruk sneaked back into Lagos on Christmas Eve, from where he took the KLM flight to Amsterdam and thence to Detroit." source http://allafrica.com/stories/200912281383.html |

When i say that the boy was mentally and emotionally disturbed, some people will argue with me. They also do not see a direct correlation between a child's mental and emotional development with the quality of parenting the child receives. Here is the suspected facebook entry of the young mutallab.
This entry is a peek into the inner minds of the young lad, and I see a very lonely, unloved, confused young man. Now i need someone to help me answer a few posers; Who made it mandatory for the child to memorized the Koran at a tender age of 19yrs when his mates are learning the facts of life. Were they preparing him to become an Imam? Who encouraged him to go to study Arabic in Yemen and who funded the adventure, and why? when he should be either looking for a Job, Pursuing further degrees in Engineering or simply come back home to do his NYSC. So you see the boy was left alone and he founded a new "parental guidance" from Al Qaeda. |

The Islamic religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in Canada, especially in the minority races! Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my federal prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs. I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: 'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?' There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, 'Non-believers! ' I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?' The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.' He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.' I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven! 'The Imam was speechless! I continued, 'I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question: Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?' You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame. Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the Diversification training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs. In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in Canada to elect the Prime Minister! I think everyone in Canada should be required to read this. There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us send it on! The man who walks with God always gets to his destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose. This is your chance to make a difference. |

Winston Churchill on Islam The River War | 1899 | Sir Winston Churchill Posted on 8 March 2006 02:30:18 GMT by southernnorthcarolina How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome. |

The post by Owoinikolo RE.NO 275 was a groundless and blatant lie that lacks proof.I was appaled and dismayed by people who believe in what he wrote, these shows that Islam is the target of many people who never wish the religion well. In the history of Islam the prophet MUHAMMAD (PBUH) has never waged war against anyone lest they waged against him.He always preach to his followers to live in peace and harmony. So saying that a learned imam agreeing to such stupid allegations is insane.Who asked the questions ?was it you or somebody else.provide proof. |
