I guess between 2012 and 2014, USA and Brazil signed a contract for USA to acquire up to 200 of the planes. Can Buhari sell cocoa owned by Ghana? If Bahari is willing to sell some cast off cocoa Nigeria bought from Ghana, it means the cocoa were beetle infested ones.
