Five persons were burnt beyond recognition in a fatal accident that occurred at the National Stadium flyover in Lagos today. The 14-seater commercial bus conveying passengers caught fire while descending the bridge at about 6:40pm.

Five other people who sustained injuries were taken to the hospital.

I think it time Gov Ambode scraps all these Danfo buses. This is the second time a Danfo bus is bursting into flames in like a month in Lagos.

Am still wondering how people got burnt to death in this, its not as if there was a collusion or d bus somersaulted which might have trapped some passengers.

May the souls of the dead, rest in peace, but some times I wonder wat the jobs of Frsc and Vio are, if they can not check road wodness of vechicles, this would have been avoided, if strict measures where in place to checkmate this ugly incident.
