hello house, i want to create a complex mobile app that can receive and distribute payments but i dont have any knowledge on programming , i cant afford to pay a competent programmer to develop it so i want to learn to build it myself, pls what programming language do i take? i will appreciate pointer to the right direction.thanks

if you want it cross platform , you can learn Angularjs 1 or 2, Ionic 1 or 2 for the user interface components, cordova .

3. ngcordova.com ( for plugins that exposes the native javascript APIS like the camera, geolocation, contacts, inappbrowser and lots more).

4. Learn and get familiar with the CLI ( command line interface )

5. You can also learn jquery mobile to start with as the barrier level is minimal

6. Learn a server language like php for your app backend and MYSQL for your data backend /

7. Been be to use javascript to intermediate level

8. Been able to understand RESTful Apis, endpoints, routes and the HTTP VERBS, (GET, POST,PUT,DELETE,PATCH,HEAD,OPTIONS etc)

9. You can also decide to start using angularjs, nodejs, express, mongoose(Mongodb -> JSON like document database program), so learn JSON too.

10. Learn object oriented javascript because of ES6 syntax in ionic 2.
