Hello good-day everybody. I really need help. I have suffering from periodic pains of the waist since early 2015. I have tried few drugs wit little or no improvement. It started while on hard labour and since then,,, I havnt been comfortabe whenever it does start. So today,,, it started again as wanted to bend down and pick something while working. You guys should help because right now,,,, i can hardly sit, stand or walk-- my only only option now is to lie down . Doctors in house ,,, please help Thanks in advance |

I will advice that u see a physiotherapist...same happened to my dad in December. Sorry dear! |
