it's simple.....when u want to fast, let her be in the know and agree. Not that when konji holds her and she starts touching u, dats when u will now say u are fasting.
The partner should be aware before hand.

There are churches that go on 90 days marathon fasting, some go 120days. In a case where both parties are involved in the fast then 'konji' hold them mid-fasting(like the 5th day), will having sex at that point sully their fasting and prayer?
