Success as they say, has many brothers and sisters. That exactly is the case with Nigeria’s soccer star Victor Moses who plies his trade with Chelsea F.C. in the British Premier League. As most of you already know, Chelsea has just won the Premier League Title even they still had two games left to play.

Victor Moses of course played a very vital role in the success of his team even as he got drafted to play a different role from what he was used to by the new Manager Antonio Conte.

His diligence and adherence to the change paid off handsomely as he became a first team member and got involved in far more games than before the arrival of the new Manager.

Victor’s efforts have now been handsomely rewarded by his employers as he has been offered a new and improved contract that reportedly sees him earning worth over 100, 000 pounds a week henceforth. This automatically makes him the highest paid Nigerian footballer in Europe.

This is the same Victor Moses who under Jose Mourinho was degraded to playing sparsely for the team and even got shipped out to lesser teams in the Premiership so as to get playing time.

His new contract is to span two years and will see him play at Stamford Bridge until 2021.

“I feel very excited. I’m delighted to be here for another few years now and to sign a new deal. Now it’s time to concentrate on the team and keep working hard to make sure we win games and try to win the Premier League this season” he told reporters after signing the new deal.
