The said building was used as party office during Chime's tenure as governor.
Before then the party office was at Zik avenue Uwani, during Chimaroke's tenure. And it was was to Luagard street same GRA immediately Ugwuanyi took over.
PDP Enugu state doesn't have a permanent party office.

Chime is only trying to be politically relevant, he did "well" as governor but been in the same party and from the same senatorial zone as the senate president meant he was handicapped to go for senate as he had always wanted..
