Nigerian Senate on Thursday passed the petroleum industry governance bill 2017 consisting of 134 clauses after considering its committee report.

mind you..... it's only part-one of the bill that was passed, why are they breaking it into 4 parts
a watered down version of the actual PIB....was passed, plz what's the difference between PIB and PIGB? the parasites would always find a way......of frustrating other regions.
