Governor Kashim Shettima earlier today presented Land Certificates allocated for the Proposed Nigerian Army University in Biu to the Chief Of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. T.Y. Buratai when the latter paid a courtesy visit at the Government House, Maiduguri.. See photos below
