Proper investigation should be done the truth will come out...who owns the piece of cloth.?.. Wen was he seen last?....his legs still on the ground.. No stooling or urinating... U have more than enough reasons for suspicion...

The parents are not ruling out the possibility of murder but what could have pushed a small boy to end his life, someone that haven't yet experienced the struggles and worries of life if he did that out of his own volition then this is really end time..

If this were to be in the western world, it should be determined if this death was actually suicide or a murder case. Finger prints would have been sought after and the truth ascertained. However, because of unprofessionalism and lack in technology in this clime, many crimes in Nigeria have been mis-determined and most people utilized this to commit heinous crime.

This is a plain writing on the wall.
Why would he need to crawl into an uncomfortable chicken pen and hang himself?
Nigeria is an open platform where murderers can present events as suicide, and despite the poor presentation,most of them go free and the society swallows it hook,line and sinker.
It is common knowledge-If a child dies,the first logical suspects are the parents. If a husband dies,the first logical suspect is his wife or vice Versace. But such is the opposite here.
No investigation,no autopsy, nothing!
Everyone just get's suicidal and hang themselves or dies peacefully in their sleep. .if a husband smoldered his wife with a pillow or a wife laced her husband's food with an over dose of sleeping pills. .and then arranged body to look peaceful,no one would know better. .
It's just that easy to die in Nigeria.

I suspect the mum must have unintentionally killed that boy. Perhaps she hit him at the wrong spot while trying to discipline him for staying out late.

A thorough investigation should be carried out on this matter.
