Crystal Help Assurance is the next big thing happening. They have seen it all. The CHA project began December 2016, there was no hurry because it had to be gotten right. By March 2017 the site was built. Other features integrated, it took months of development.

Insurance

For safe participation, CHA integrates insurance as a means of protection from financial loss. CHA insures all initial deposits to reduce risk of loss to the barest minimum.

After a long period of tasking research, CHA discovered that when donations are solely based on participant donation and new influx, when there are no new participants, it brings the system to an unavoidable standstill. Participants of course source these monies themselves from the economy (by their day to day activities) and bring it to the community. Therefore, we decided to place an anchor on the economy; as long as the economy generate funds, the community has a part of it.

The CHA Loop Cycle

The CHA Loop cycle is a cycle of making and receiving payments from a 0 – 9 scale. Read info below to understand.

0 – Buy a bundle
1 – Awaiting a beneficiary (Someone to pay)
2 – Awaiting confirmation
3 – Awaiting a donor/donation
4 – Recommit
5 – Awaiting first Donor (You receive)
6 – Awaiting second donor (You receive)
7 – You are to re-commit one
8 – Awaiting first Donor (You receive)
9 – Awaiting second donor (You receive) – The end of the loop, you can now pick a bundle.

Failure to end the loop means automatic account suspension.

E-mail Confirmation

When an account is created, a confirmation link is sent to your e-mail, click on the link to proceed, if our e-mail is wrong, you can’t login. It’s advisable to use only Yahoo and Gmail addresses.

Unique Registration Details

When registering, make sure you enter your details correctly, phone number, e-mail, and other details.
When you log in after verifying your mail, you cannot buy a bundle till you enter your bank details. Enter your bank details correctly. For security reasons, you might not be able to change your details anymore.
