People attack Sagamu Road Police Division for Ikorodu area of Lagos State on Thursday kon try to burn am down.

As report take talk, the mob demand for the three suspects wey dem arrest ontop sey dem kill, kon pieces one seven years old boy, but the police no gree.



The police division still go call for reinforcement, before dem later disperse the people as dem kon carry the suspects go Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Yaba.

The seven years old boy dey among the children wey dey for one orthodox church before he kon miss on Wednesday.

Some people wey dey stay for the area kon see one of the suspects wey em name na Eric, around 2pm on Thursday, wey dey carry sack wey blood dey drop from inside.

When dem challenge am, he kon drop the sack kon run, but dem later arrest am.

When dem search the sack dem see the dead body of the boy inside wey dem don cut into pieces.

One police source wey talk about the matter yarn say,

He say,

“The boy was on the premises of a white garment church when he was abducted. He was beheaded and his head buried in the church. One of the suspects was caught and he took them to the church where the boy’s head was buried. When the pastor was interrogated, he said some people asked him to use the head for a ritual to make his church grow.
“The police arrested some other suspects in connection with the crime. They were still interrogating them at the Sagamu Road Police Division when a mob attacked the station and asked the police to release the suspects to them for jungle justice.
“When they were about to burn down the station, the police called for reinforcement and sent the suspects to the SCIID, Yaba.”
The spokesperson for the state police command, Olarinde Famous-Cole, said the suspects had confessed to the crime.
He say,
“The head was buried, while the body was kept in a canal. The case has been transferred to the SCIID for further investigation.”
