joeyfire: You put your trust in afenifere? The generality of the yoruba populace can't wait for that your nation to happen... And it's quite funny all those things you said about United nations and sanctions bla bla... Why didn't United nations stop Donald Trump? Or why didn't they stop Nigeria when Ghanaians were asked to leave? Nigeria is a sovereign state and all matters relating to trade and immigration will be determined by the state and not UN. That's why you folks need to work towards achieving your dream country devoid of insults and hate speeches, so that there can be a peaceful negotiation. But if statements like "We developed lagos" We own 99% of landed properties in lagos "" igbos are the landlord in lagos while yorubas are tenants" etc then don't expect sophistication this time around from the island boys in lagos |

Iamwrath:Go back to Iboland and be answering Nigerians or Biafrans? Go back to iboland , will Nigerian police and army still be roaming their streets or they will form their own force. Will NTA still be broadcasting there telling them how the vegetable is doing in London. Will the Nigerian army allow them have a capital somewhere or they will still be taking abuja as their capital. My friend reason like a human being and stop being an afonja bad belle. Telling them to go first b4 you will decide how to deal with their agitation means that u are hypocritical and is only paying lip service. Why not deal with their agitation now to also show that u are serious abt ur threat so that as they are relocating they will go finally without any excuse again to hold unto. Igbos are not fools. They can't go home and Nigeria will still be having presence there, that will amount to an insult. I support them going home because that's what they want. But if they must go as u suggested, bear in mind that that day Nigerian police, army and other forces will cease to exist there. Abuja will be Nigeria's capital and not theirs again. Until Nigeria is really for this, Ibos still remain equal stake holders in Nigeria and will not go anywhere. Note Igbos are not afraid to confront anybody that threatened them. Quote me and say whatever you like but this is the obvious truth 1 Like |

When Biafra is established, Igbos will know they are no longer citizens of Nigeria and will relocate. Igbos will NOT leave the northern nigeria as long as they are still citizens of Nigeria. Especially when the north is still feeding fat with oil and other resources from Biafraland. |

Cooly100:Pakistan and India! After their independence from Britain, former "colonial India" was divided into two countries [modern India and Pakistan] and there was mass relocation of people to their respective new countries as part of the peace agreement. |

Cooly100:Be rest assured of one thing if igbos succeed in getting their Biafra we will insist that each and every single Biafran is uprooted from our lands. You will no longer be welcome as there will be cold hostility from us towards the new biafran state. The recent ultimatum given by arewa youth should be enough to dispel any delusions you might have about staying back on our land. You will be evicted by force if need be |

Markfemi2: ARTICLE 3 1. Any citizen of the Community who wishes to enter the territory of any other Member State shall be required to possess valid travel document and international health certificate. 2. A citizen of the Community visiting any Member State for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days shall enter the territory of that Member State through the official entry point free of visa requirements. Such citizen shall, however, be required to obtain permission for an extension of stay from the appropriate authority if after such entry that citizen has cause to stay for more than ninety (90) days. ECOWAS citizens or people of Ghanaian descent (coming from the African diaspora) are not eligible for the indefinite residence visa, and have to apply for the Right of Abode. The Right of Abode visa allows the same permissions as the permanent visa. This includes unrestricted entrance to the country, the ability to work without the need for a work permit, and being subject to Ghanaian law. Applicants are allowed to stay in the country for an indefinite amount of time. The Right of Abode is free for Ghanaian descendents and for ECOWAS citizens. |

Pavarottii:typical of an igbo man. do you guys actually know what you want? you want a referendum so that when you get there you will continue your unity begging by saying that what you actually want is Justice, equity bla bla bla. probably you didn't know there was federal government when you were busy singing give us Biafra. You were going round the street singing Biafra or nothing, claiming that the North has nothing to offer except to depend and feed on your oil money and just when some of us almost believed you, when we almost asked you to pls stay, the supposed weakling northern region said park your things and leave the North, not even the entire Nigeria( an indication that the North actually knows its worth) and you are here asking for referendum. are you guys not ashamed? some of you are saying they can't be asked to go, an indication that you don't even understand what u were asking for when you ask for Biafra. if you want to do business in the new Nigeria to be, you would be welcome but park your rags and leave first, give us time to put our house in order then we would set criteria for accepting you into the new Nigeria. you can't be in Nigeria and be applying for Visa to stay in Nigeria, you need to go home first. we need that Visa money since we don't have oil like you. |

collins011:I know some of you Igbos are annoyingly dull to understand that the moment you get your Biafra, you ceased to be Nigerians. And you can only live here when you are granted valid VISA. We will make sure that no more than 50k Biafrans should be granted valid visa at any point in time and anyone caught without valid visa will be summarily deported. Mind you, you must to join ecowas and that is not even guarantee because we can veto and block your ascension. The only way to have your cake is to eat it. 1 Like |
