Thank you! In USA turning 16 is considered a great celebration and called "Sweet 16" so the person gets spoiled on that day with a gift to remember. It's only the fact that he's rich so the spoiling is very lavish and expensive. 

Diddy is rich and I think he has a right to give his son Wateva he wants to give to him, in american show business, stars want to extend the sparkles to their offspring.
