Some of the people who've benefited the most from a united Nigeria are those calling for her destruction. If this man believes so much in the biafran course, what is he doing with an office in Lagos?

He calls himself a legal luminary yet fails to understand the very simplest of legal matters which is that the constitution of a sovereign state is SUPREME to any domestic or foreign charters or legal instruments.

I have never and will never be against anyone getting their desired country, but strongly against them going about it the way Kanu and his fans are.

The only thing they seem to be relying on at the moment and using to galvanise their supporters is HATE, and once you seem not to buy their narrative you automatically become a subject they must hate!

It is really absurd and unfortunate.
...constitution written by who?...in a family of three siblings were the father died and you are no 2,with a supposedly elder brother and younger sister, your elder brother is 50 years, there happened to be a dispute about the legitimacy of your elder brother so genetic test was conducted and he was found not be your father's son, would you gladly let him be the heir...so is the 'nigerian constitution'it was drawn up during a military regime in a general house if not bed room...how can such be SUPREME...at best its a parody of nationhood

From my understanding of this situation, every one is tired.I neither blame yoruba ,igbos nor the hausas if anything should go wrong. The federal government should be held responsible for its inability to organise a referendum on time.if its unconstitutional, let doctrine of necesity apply......the clock ticks and hatred graduates.....

What's this one saying?

Did you mean Doctor Ariyo telling the ibos to vacate Lagos for their biafra after ibos denigrated his ancestral land by calling it a "no mans' land is a hate speech? Did he ask for the Ibo to be killed? He only asked the Ibos to leave Lagos for their Enugu and aba if you folks can't survive without insulting your host everywhere. That's no hate, dummy but someone who was fed up of your stupidity on his land!

And who's this twitter guy we don't even know of!

The point is Yoruba didn't come out en mass to support some nonentity's hate speeches like how ibo crowds massively supported that illiterate called Kanu? Even Oba Akinolu was criticised and called to order by the Yoruba elders until he came out to say it was a joke!

Ikechu, better go back to your Youtube to read more about your foolishness!
Chaii your own mumu and stupidity dn last wella... continue!!

Did what exactly?

If you mean we supported Doctor ariyo, yes we did and I'm glad we did! Because ibo folks were hell bent on destroying the man's career even though the man only asked ibo to leave Lagos if they find it difficult to respect their host and that was after Ibo folks first called Lagos a no mans land. He never asked them to be killed!

Why so emotional? I only pointed out what was wrong with your assessment. Besides, the placard wasn't only in support of the Dr but the Oba too.
However, I believe not every Yoruba supported it, just like not every Igbo supported nor supports Kanus rhetorics, including those he was addressing in the said YouTube video.
So please apply perspective in your analysis.

Clarify what? Why he was soliciting for arms? Why he asked Kumuyi to be killed?

Show me where he clarified his statement.

His return salvo of hate and request for arms for defense/offense following Vitriols of 'drowning' certain people of certain extraction as well as calls for blood of 'baboons and dogs'

It is gameover for Nigeria, I said it before, the last straw that will break the zoo's back is the moment Igbo elite openly identifies with the struggle for balkanization of Nigeria. The parasites kept foot dragging on restructuring until now that it is already becoming late. The only thing that can save Nigeria now is total resource control by the constituent parts.

Agbakoba obviously has not been following, or is just plain dumb trying to be smart-by-half, or wants a job.

The video when he came to the US soliciting for funds for arms and insinuating he has backing of some countries already is incriminating enough.
I'm glad most smart and intelligent Igbos at the meeting asked him thought provoking questions, questions he could not provide intelligent answers to . . . glad they all quickly distanced themselves from him . . . they clearly told him this is tantamount to treason!

Secondly, Agbakoba (and I had some respect for the man) trying to downplay the criminal vitriol of the Arewas, is even more senseless (considering every Nigerian has a right to live in any part of this country) . . . equating it to some 'leave my house' order is as st00pid as a man can get.

I mean these are men who legally own properties in that part of the country, lived there for ages, some were actually given birth to there. However, Agbakoba thinks an ultimatum to leave or face genocide is legal.

To me you are inconsequential, why not get invited by a national Tv and slug it out with him that singing like a bird here.

All dis ur grammar is not necessary. Just pack ur load and leave d north that is the best way to send a strong warning that you are serious with ur agitation.
You cannot be calling for referendum/secession while your people are trooping to the zoo in your thousands everyday.

That is stupidity of the highest order.
na wa for you, from the write up, did you see any opposition to the arewa declaration? In contrast I support it. Or is the phrase politically incorrect confusing you? Na who Political correctness help? Once more, there is no basis for arresting the arewa youth, leave my house is not a crime. Go and ask your English teacher for a refund because he or she did a real bad job.

Mr. Agbakoba, my only advice is that you kindly advice Nnamdi Kanu to bring his family back home to Nigeria and if yours are abroad too let them return and start the struggling or protest.

You people can not be using our youths as zombies.
All members of his family are in Abia. Here is the picture of him and his wife attending public function. You should be asking your Leaders that question not Kanu.

...I absolutely agree with the legal legend. Nigerian govt is always reactionary and not proactive. Over the years, the said govt sponsored a state marginalization of a major tribe but no one gave an eyelid not until the peaceful agitators came on board and everybody is scampering with their tail behind their legs.

Call it anything you like, restructuring is like saying let's continue with the fraud called Nigeria albeit let's do it in a mild way so as to pacify the peaceful agitators. It can't work!

1. 1914 to 2014 Didn't the contract binding Nigeria cease to exist?
2. If you could not restructure for 50 years you can never ever restructure
3. The earlier you let Biafra be the better for all
4. What can be 'sweeter' than Freedom, Equity and Justice?
5. The Restoration of Biafra is non-negotiable

Not following suit when Arewa youths issued that notice angered me about Yoruba. Instead, afenifere started saying rubbish to spite the North. They are always not there when you need them. Very useless set of infidels. You could not issue quit notice but you are trying to install osibanjo. You won't know what hits. Not in this country will an infidel rule again. Enough is enough

Abeg let them have the Biafra we all know when Sudan started there case btw north and south sudan , while the whole world see North Sudan has the architect of their woes, the UN made a resolution and a new country was created since then the south Sudan has never known peace, from one crises to another..I wish this request can be granted and everybody goes their separate ways.

All this people shouting separation I know very sure won't keep their family in the separate regions if we eventually divide rather they will put their family in abroad, in a safe place and leave those without means to champion the revolution.

Naija why can't we borrow a leave from Rwanda , let have a referendum and bare our grievances ,then make a resolution for the way forward those who want one naija should stay with strict and adherences to law and those who don't want to stay should go their way after all 20 Children can't play for 20years.

You can only see the case and scenario of NORTH AND SOUTH SUDAN but you will never see the case of YUGOSLAVIA AND CROATIA where Croatia has become a more advanced nation?
Because you have trained your mind to only see the negative

Plz you people should stop this rubbish of "if u love biafra, what are u doing in Lagos or abuja", Its childish and unreasonable. It makes one looks like an insecure person. Its like telling a man from USA, if u love USA what then are u doing in Nigeria. Instead of spewing rants that makes u look insecure and paranoid, you should support their course then after if u see anyone in your new country you treat the person as an iligal immigrant.

If you dare any igbo in ur land mark my word they will invade your land from east n cause havoc my one cent, no hatred attached cos I believe in one peaceful existence

Lol we shall see...

The end of Igbos in Yoruba land is less than one day today.

You want Biafra and still want to be part of another man home. Lol!!! The almighty UN and US are even laughing at your stupidity.

Pakistan said more than this to Indians but they were eventually kicked out despite all the killings

North Korea fought the South but each to their tent eventually despite all the killings

North and South Sudan killed themselves but went their separate ways eventually despite all the killings

Yorubas ll kill Igbos and Igbos ll Yorubas but the most important thing is that Igbos ll leave and bilateral relationship between the two ll be mirage for life.

Igbos need Yorubas more than Yorubas need them.

It's obvious today that Yorubas hardly come to your region for economic reasons but you come to our region in thousands if not millions

You ll dearly pay through your nose for all these stupidities when the time comes

The animosity is worst than what it was in 60s cod all Yorubas are now aware of your hatred towards them unlike 60s when Yoruba people gave you enough space to thrive
