A friend of mine is married(to oyinbo) and working. She has not been home for like 4 years but would like to visit in November or December. Her and hubby are planning to visit. Any good advice will be appreciated.

Tourism because of hubby and visiting family members because of her. How much is your friend budgeting? Mine was thinking of 600k naira

staying in Lagos in a hotel like Eko Hotel is around between 26k to 40k
Feeding per day is between 5k to 10k
Miscellaneous spending 100k
This budget is per head. She could spend far less if she wants ,it depends on her choices

Heard one can get tickets to return to Abuja for less than N10k
Dont know about Calabar though, funny how the travel agents on here
are only interested in 'abroad' packages

From your reply I guess 600k is enough for two people but sola310 thinks otherwise.

Well depends really, He is going alone, no wife or girlfriend just graduated 2008 so i guess he is cutting his coat according to his pocket
I doubt he'll be choosy about hotels that much seeing as we went backpacking as a group on the cheap in second year
