Don't sound dumb please ,a person who has a billion in Nigeria is a billionaire in Nigeria. It doesn't matter what he is translated to dollars, the main thing is that he is a billionaire here and should be addressed as such. We often here billionaire blogger Linda ikeji, why isn't she on this list?
