1. Someone with hiv would already have a compromised immune system.

2. hiv mutates when it is exposed to other strains of hiv. It would create a different strain which wont likely be responsive to those ART drugs.

3..there are now super stds too that are non responsive to drugs. e.g antibiotic resistant gonorrhea
