Suspected Gay Make Up Artiste Shot Four Times

The 23 year old makeup artist João Felipe Oliveira Martins, was executed with four shots on Wednesday.

The saloon is owned by a woman name Michele Carrate, daughter of the councilwoman Glória Carrate (PRP).

The delegate on duty at the 12th Integrated Police District (DIP) Fábio Silva, said the murder may have been caused due to debt.
