There are serious security implications of how anyone in a civil society can just order the Army without the knowledge of the C-I-C and that is mutiny and treasonable offence.

Nigeria has been made dysfunctional by Yar A'dua and he must be impeached immediately by NASS and all under him account for their actions to set good precedent for the future.

Yar A'dua by his actions or inactions, whether sick or not has not provide for safety and security of this nation, and by extension he has no security, because the chain of command are in the wrong hands. It was Yar adua and NASS failure that threathen our security.
